Responsibilities: * Manage and coordinate CRM platform migration and related business transformation projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization. * Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and business impacts. * Coordinate activities between global teams, local business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendor partners to ensure project milestones are achieved. * Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, steering discussions, and stakeholder communications. * Track project timelines, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans. * Ensure projects are meeting required testing activities, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and change management activities. * Develop and maintain project documentation, business process documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and executive updates. * Support compliance, governance, risk management, operational controls, documentation, and audit-readiness related initiatives. * Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency. * Work closely with business stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, and Operations functions to ensure business requirements are captured and delivered. * Partner with IT, Infrastructure, Security, CRM, Data, and Application teams to coordinate technical deliverables and project activities. * Support ongoing vendor management, project governance, and operational handover activities where applicable. * Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned to support evolving business priorities.3.
