<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented GL &amp; Actual Costing Manufacturing Accountant with strong SAP experience to support financial reporting, month-end close, inventory accounting, and manufacturing cost analysis. This role will be responsible for general ledger activities, actual costing, product cost analysis, inventory reconciliation, and ensuring accurate financial results within a manufacturing environment.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close.</li><li>Support actual costing processes in a manufacturing environment, including material cost, production variances, and inventory valuation.</li><li>Analyze and reconcile inventory, WIP, purchase price variance, production variance, and standard vs. actual cost.</li><li>Partner with plant finance, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate cost reporting and financial controls.</li><li>Maintain and review product costing data in SAP, including cost rolls, material master data, and BOM/routing impacts on costing.</li><li>Prepare financial reports and variance analysis related to manufacturing performance and cost trends.</li><li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes for plant and corporate accounting.</li><li>Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and audit requirements.</li><li>Support fixed asset accounting and capitalization related to manufacturing operations, as needed.</li><li>Identify opportunities for process improvements in costing, reporting, and SAP-related workflows.</li></ul><p><strong>其他信息</strong></p><p>语言要求：普通话 + 英语</p><p>行业要求：专业技术服务,批发/零售,食品/饮料/酒水</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
