Job Summary<ul><li>We are seeking an experienced and strategic finance leader to oversee the end-to-end finance function in China. This role will be responsible for leading financial planning and analysis, accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, internal controls, and audit activities. The ideal candidate will serve as a key business partner to support local growth, drive financial performance, and ensure compliance with both local and global standards.</li></ul> Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the full spectrum of the China finance function, including FP&A, accounting, financial reporting, treasury, tax, internal control, and audit.</li><li>Lead China's financial strategy and act as a strategic business partner to local leadership and global stakeholders.</li><li>Oversee budgeting, forecasting, profitability analysis, cost optimization, and capital expenditure governance to support business expansion in China.</li><li>Manage treasury and cash flow activities in China, including banking relationships, foreign exchange, working capital, intercompany funding, and cash optimization.</li><li>Participate in mergers and acquisitions activities and support investment project evaluation and preparation as needed.</li><li>Build, develop, and lead the China finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and driving organizational transformation.</li><li>Strengthen cross-functional collaboration with local business teams and global functions to align financial goals with overall business strategy.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, corporate policies, and internal control standards.</li></ul> Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is required.</li><li>Minimum 15 years of financial management experience in a multinational corporation.</li><li>CPA, Chartered Accountant, or equivalent professional certification is strongly preferred.</li><li>Fluency in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, is required.</li><li>Preferred Competencies</li><li>Strong leadership and team management capabilities.</li><li>Deep understanding of China finance operations and regulatory environment.</li><li>Proven experience in strategic finance partnering and supporting business growth.</li><li>Solid knowledge of treasury, tax, compliance, and internal controls.</li><li>Experience working in a complex, matrixed multinational environment.</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li></ul>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
