This role will be responsible for solution design, system configuration, high-volume transaction support, rebate and settlement management, omnichannel process enablement, and cross-functional integration across SAP modules.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead <strong>requirement analysis, solution design, and system configuration</strong> for the <strong>SAP SD/OTC</strong> module</li><li>Design and optimize retail-specific processes, including <strong>pricing workflows, discount management, diversified return handling</strong>, and adoption of <strong>S/4HANA order management features</strong></li><li>Develop system support plans for major e-commerce sales events such as <strong>Double 11</strong> and <strong>618</strong>, ensuring system stability and high performance during peak order volumes</li><li>Ensure the reliability of critical processes such as <strong>order creation, inventory deduction, and credit checks</strong> during high-concurrency periods</li><li>Manage end-to-end configuration for <strong>sales rebates, distributor discounts, and promotional settlement processes</strong></li><li>Configure and maintain <strong>SAP Rebate Agreements</strong>, including <strong>volume-based and value-based tiered rebates, customer rebates, accruals, and complex rebate settlement processes</strong></li><li>Support omnichannel retail scenarios, including <strong>BOPIS (Buy Online, Pick Up In Store)</strong>, cross-channel returns, and cross-channel inventory inquiry</li><li>Ensure seamless integration between <strong>SD</strong>, <strong>FI (Finance)</strong>, and <strong>MM (Materials Management)</strong>, especially in rebate accrual account setup and financial settlement coordination</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience in <strong>SAP SD/OTC architecture, configuration, and solution delivery</strong></li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>retail business processes</strong> and omnichannel operations</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>pricing, discount management, returns processing, and order management in S/4HANA</strong></li><li>Proven experience supporting <strong>high-volume transaction environments</strong> and major promotional events in e-commerce or retail</li><li>Deep knowledge of <strong>SAP rebate configuration</strong>, settlement processes, and financial accuracy controls</li><li>Familiarity with integration across <strong>SAP SD, FI, and MM</strong></li><li>Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business and technical teams</li><li>Workable English communication skills preferred</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
