<p><strong>Company Overview: </strong></p><ul><li>Our client is a renowned high-end medical device manufacturing enterprise.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Position Introduction:</strong></p><p>General Ledger &amp; Financial Closing​</p><ul><li>Support or lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure complete, accurate, and timely financial records.</li><li>Prepare, review, and post journal entries for accruals, prepayments, provisions, reclassifications, and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, analyze variances, and drive timely resolution of aged or unsupported items.</li></ul><p>Cost Accounting &amp; Inventory Management​</p><ul><li>Support standard costing, product costing, cost rolls, BOM/routing reviews, and manufacturing variance analysis.</li><li>Manage inventory valuation, WIP, finished goods, obsolete inventory, write-downs, and cycle count/physical count differences.</li><li>Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to analyze material, labor, overhead, yield, scrap, purchase price, and efficiency variances.</li></ul><p>Accounts Receivable &amp; Accounts Payable​</p><ul><li>Familiar with and, as needed, oversee invoicing, cash application, collections, customer aging, supplier invoice processing, and payment procedures.</li><li>Review AR/AP reconciliations, aging reports, unusual balances, and key control exceptions.</li><li>Coordinate with relevant finance teams and internal stakeholders to ensure transaction processing quality and timely issue resolution.</li></ul><p>Consolidation &amp; Financial Reporting​</p><ul><li>Prepare or support consolidation packages, intercompany reconciliations, and elimination entries.</li><li>Prepare financial statements, management reports, and supporting schedules in accordance with applicable accounting standards and group requirements.</li><li>Support reporting under CAS, IFRS, and/or HKFRS, as applicable.</li></ul><p>Fixed Assets, Taxation, Audit &amp; Compliance​</p><ul><li>Support fixed asset register management, capitalization, depreciation, CIP transfers, physical counts, and disposal accounting.</li><li>Assist with tax filings, statutory reporting, internal audits, external audits, and IPO due diligence or reporting preparation.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting policies, operating procedures, authorization approvals, and internal controls.</li></ul><p>Process Improvement &amp; Finance Transformation​</p><ul><li>Identify and drive optimization in closing, reporting, reconciliation, and transaction processing workflows.</li><li>Participate in ERP enhancement, data governance, automation, and finance transformation initiatives.</li><li>Undertake other finance-related responsibilities as required by business needs and individual capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong><strong>：</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.</li><li>Hands-on finance experience with practical exposure to multiple areas including GL, closing, costing, inventory, AR, AP, consolidation, or financial reporting.</li><li>Manufacturing industry experience required.</li><li>Experience in multinational corporations, listed companies, or Big Four accounting firms preferred.</li><li>Proficient in CAS, with knowledge of IFRS and/or HKFRS.</li><li>Strong skills in SAP, UFIDA (Yonyou), or other ERP systems, plus advanced Excel proficiency.</li><li>CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred but not mandatory.</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
