<p><strong>Our client is a leading Retail company with great business growth and they are currently implementing SAP HANA in APAC Region, so we are in urgent need to hire SAP consultants to support this project. </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Lead Implementation:</strong> Oversee the implementation of the new S/4 solution, managing resources (both internal and external), timelines, and budgets within the finance area.</li><li><strong>Adopt Best Practices:</strong> Promote the adoption of industry best practices by leveraging S/4 standard capabilities.</li><li><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration:</strong> Facilitate collaboration across teams, manage and reconcile multiple stakeholder views, resolve conflicts, and address diverse audience perspectives.</li><li><strong>Team Development:</strong> Develop and mentor a team of professional managers and experienced individual contributors within your domain.</li></ul><p><strong>Specific Duties:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Business Process Translation:</strong> Translate business processes and requirements into system functionality.</li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Foster collaboration and trust to influence cross-functional teams, ensuring strategies are executed through reliable processes.</li><li><strong>SAP Finance Expertise:</strong> Maintain deep knowledge of SAP Finance capabilities, including General Ledger, Controlling, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and integration with Order to Cash, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, and Procurement.</li><li><strong>Financial Process SME:</strong> Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on financial processes, ensuring all financial requirements are met.</li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Collaborate with business and team members to identify and document business processes, functional specifications, test plans/scripts, and deployment plans.</li><li><strong>Solution Design:</strong> Design future finance solutions, enhancements, and continuous improvements for SAP based on business priorities and initiatives.</li><li><strong>Security Role Definitions:</strong> Define security roles for users in the SAP Finance space and participate in the segregation of duties.</li><li><strong>Internal Processes Oversight:</strong> Provide input and oversight on internal processes related to SAP master data, hierarchies, and reporting.</li><li><strong>Support Transition:</strong> Coordinate with application support to ensure a seamless transition from Hypercare activities.</li><li><strong>Audit Controls:</strong> Manage and satisfy SAP audit controls and pertinent SOX program requirements.</li><li><strong>Financial Close Support:</strong> Support monthly financial close, forecasting processes, budgeting, and planning.</li><li><strong>Hands-on Experience:</strong> Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA or SAP FICO is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related area preferred, or equivalent work experience.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 10+ years of experience with SAP modules, including FI-GL, AR, AP, Credit and Asset Management, Special Ledger FI-SL, Project Systems, Bank Accounting, Foreign Currency, and/or Treasury. Experience in the implementation of SAP for a multinational group in the APAC region is required.</li><li><strong>Skills:</strong> Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and time constraints.
