<p>We are seeking for CRM PM.</p><p>1. Position Mission: <br />* Support the successful delivery of strategic business and technology initiatives in Korea, with a primary focus on the CRM transformation and migration project, while ensuring alignment between local business teams, global stakeholders, internal IT functions, and external vendor partners.<br />* Act as the key liaison between business and technology teams to drive project execution, requirement gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and operational readiness.<br />* Provide project management and business analysis support for governance, compliance, operational improvement, and business process transformation initiatives.<br />* Ensure timely communication, risk management, issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of project objectives across multiple concurrent initiatives.<br />* Contribute to additional business and technology projects as required, including CRM, Retail, Digital Commerce, Omnichannel, Customer Data, and operational excellence initiatives.</p><p>2. Responsibilities:<br />* Manage and coordinate CRM platform migration and related business transformation projects from initiation through implementation and stabilization.<br />* Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements, functional requirements, process flows, and business impacts.<br />* Coordinate activities between global teams, local business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendor partners to ensure project milestones are achieved.<br />* Facilitate project meetings, workshops, status updates, steering discussions, and stakeholder communications.<br />* Track project timelines, action items, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.<br />* Ensure projects are meeting required testing activities, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment planning, and change management activities.<br />* Develop and maintain project documentation, business process documentation, meeting minutes, status reports, and executive updates.<br />* Support compliance, governance, risk management, operational controls, documentation, and audit-readiness related initiatives.<br />* Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency.<br />* Work closely with business stakeholders across CRM, Marketing, Retail, Digital, Customer Service, and Operations functions to ensure business requirements are captured and delivered.<br />* Partner with IT, Infrastructure, Security, CRM, Data, and Application teams to coordinate technical deliverables and project activities.<br />* Support ongoing vendor management, project governance, and operational handover activities where applicable.<br />* Assist with additional projects and initiatives as assigned to support evolving business priorities.</p><p>3.
