The Asia Regional HR Senior Manager / HR Director will act as a strategic HR partner to the China GM and the regional leadership team. Experience in manufacturing / plant HR environments is required; experience working with factory teams is strongly preferred. Experience in regional Asia HR support or cross-border business expansion is highly desirable. Experience in M&A integration, organizational restructuring or change management is a strong advantage.
