Commercial &amp; Market Access</p><p>· Lead sales, marketing, channel, and distributor management to optimize the commercial model and regional coverage.<br />· Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, KOLs, academic societies, and industry stakeholders.<br />· Oversee market access activities, including tendering, pricing, reimbursement, and health policy engagement.</p><p> </p><p>3. Operations &amp; Organization Building</p><p>· Establish and improve local operational systems, including supply chain, finance, compliance, quality, and service.<br />· Build a high-performing, professional, and compliant China team, with strong focus on talent development and succession planning.<br />· Ensure effective communication with global headquarters and the Asia Pacific region to align China strategy with global objectives.</p><p>4.
