<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Responsibilities include but not limited to:</span></strong></p><ul><li>Providing advice to the business to drive value-based decisions and to proactively assess compliance risks through daily compliance pre-approvals or consultancy, and supporting local business stakeholders to develop controls, optimize risk management process and/or mitigate issues.</li></ul><ul><li>Identify and resolve compliance-related procedural issues and areas of improvement, and ensure remediation action plans are established, implemented and tracked through to closure.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct compliance risk assessment to assess risks, identify and close gaps to manage risks within the country.</li></ul><ul><li>To identify Healthcare Compliance and ABAC issues and risks which become manifest through their counseling/monitoring/auditing activities and assisting with such activities as requested and as appropriate.</li></ul><ul><li>Conduct risk based self-monitoring in risk areas such as speaker programs, grants/sponsorships/donations, HCP interactions, patience programs, T&amp;E, etc.</li></ul><ul><li>Actively keeping abreast with local laws and regulations, and promptly identify the emerging risks and put forward solutions to better enable business, such as developing and/or updating existing policies and programs, ensuring fully consistency in terms of the policy localization and keeping in line with Corporate and Regional policies and procedures as well as with regulatory requirements and enforcement tendency.</li></ul><ul><li>Effectively leveraging internal resource and managing external resources and budget in executing monitoring program, and come up with corrective plans.</li></ul><ul><li>Handle with compliance related incidents and collaborate investigation in identifying misconduct and escalating issues to China Compliance Committee.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop metrics and dashboards to provide leadership with appropriate holistic picture of compliance health indicators.</li></ul><ul><li>Assess the existing third-party DD process and to strengthen third party management.</li></ul><ul><li>Provide training support to the business on global, regional and local compliance policies and procedures, including on-boarding training and support on compliance sharing on varieties of sales meetings.</li></ul><ul><li>Roll out initiatives from Corporate Compliance and Regional Compliance on implementation of Compliance Program;</li></ul><ul><li>Review audit findings and follow through on implementing the gaps and ensuring there is no repeated audit findings;</li></ul><ul><li>Support the E&amp;C Director to conduct investigation and may assist in the reporting;</li></ul><ul><li>Perform other tasks, such as involvement in regional E&amp;C workstream, which may be assigned from time to time.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Required requisites </span></strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong></p><p>Experience and qualification</p><ul><li>A Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, accounting or auditing is preferred.</li></ul><ul><li>5-7 years' working experience in MNC pharmaceutical/device company including 2-3 years being a Compliance Business Partner (BP) is preferred</li></ul><ul><li>Solid experience in monitoring/investigation is a plus.</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of compliance focus in healthcare industry</li></ul><ul><li>Proficient in oral &amp; written English.</li></ul><ul><li>Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication &amp; interpersonal skill, ability to deal with different levels within the organization.</li></ul><ul><li>Advanced problem solving skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Passionate for business integrity, impeccable integrity track record, results driven, disciplined and excellent in multi-tasking.</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
