<p><strong>Recruiting Ad: HRIS Consultant </strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>HRIS Consultant</strong> to lead HR digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives for a large-scale organization of approximately 5,000 employees. This role will be responsible for driving the implementation of global HRIS projects, optimizing local HR systems, redesigning HR processes, and improving payroll and benefits automation.
