HR Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in China and, as the business expands, other Asian markets. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong mix of strategic HR business partnering and hands-on HR operations. Experience in manufacturing / plant HR environments is required; experience working with factory teams is strongly preferred. Experience in regional Asia HR support or cross-border business expansion is highly desirable. Experience in M&A integration, organizational restructuring or change management is a strong advantage.
