Ensure the accuracy and punctuality of Human Resources reporting &amp; data insights.</li><li>To provide assistance on tracking the whole staffing process for local employee from hiring to leaving (new arrival notification, probation appraisal monitoring, performance review, leaving check list, etc.)</li><li>To assist on maintaining the Human Resources information flow within the organization by updating the Organization Chart, preparing and releasing the notifications for personnel movement and newcomers, as well as other documentation required.</li><li>Explore business challenges with stakeholders and provide relatively HR solutions through building effective linkages and alliances with the HR team.</li><li>Facilitate Annual Performance Review, Talent Review and IDP, provide professional guidance to managers.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Required requisites ：</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree and above, Human Resources or related major is preferred.</li><li>Minimum of 8 years' experience as Human Resources professional and experienced in HR operation.
