The role will lead HR for the China organization, including the Yizheng factory, while playing a critical role in supporting Sales and Marketing expansion into other Asian markets. The position will also drive a light-touch reorganization of the current China organization and support the broader post-acquisition business integration. This is a hands-on, regional role requiring a balance of strategic HR partnering, organization development, factory HR operations and cross-border collaboration. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR & Regional Business Partnering Act as HR business partner to the China GM and senior leadership team, providing advice on organization, talent and people matters. Support Sales and Marketing in developing and executing business expansion plans in other Asian countries, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, employment models and HR compliance considerations. Partner with the Global HRD and Gewiss Group HR team on integration initiatives, global HR programs and reporting requirements. Translate business strategy into practical HR plans and ensure alignment between local operations and regional/global priorities. Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local labor laws and company standards. Partner with factory leadership on workforce planning, capability development and organizational effectiveness. Talent & Capability Develop and implement talent strategies to attract, retain and develop key talent across China and regional expansion markets. Support leadership capability development and succession planning for critical roles. Drive performance management, employee engagement and culture-building initiatives. HR Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations in China and, as the business expands, other Asian markets. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field. 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a strong mix of strategic HR business partnering and hands-on HR operations.
