Must be able to communicate with international teams in English - comfortable discussing day-to-day work content with foreign colleagues.</p><p> </p><p>**Responsibilities**</p><p> </p><ol><li>**Test Execution &amp; Quality Assurance**</li></ol><p> - Responsible for functional, regression, compatibility and stability testing of the iOS / Android app; independently complete test planning, test case design and execution</p><p> - Cover core app business scenarios: booking flows, payments, loyalty points, push notifications, multi-language localization, etc.</p><p> - Participate in requirement reviews and risk identification; drive defect closure and own delivery quality outcomes</p><ol start="2"><li>**App Automation**</li></ol><p> - Participate in app automation framework setup and test case development (Appium, XCUITest, etc.; proficient in at least one)</p><p> - Maintain automation case stability, integrate automation with CI/CD to improve regression efficiency and shorten feedback loops</p><ol start="3"><li>**API &amp; Performance Testing**</li></ol><p> - Own API test design and execution (Postman, Charles / Proxyman, etc.)</p><p> - Participate in performance testing (API load testing; app startup, smoothness, memory, battery, weak network, etc.); identify bottlenecks and drive engineering optimization</p><ol start="4"><li>**Quality Metrics &amp; Reporting**</li></ol><p> - Deliver test reports and quality metrics (coverage, escape rate, automation rate, release quality, etc.)</p><p> - Participate in online quality monitoring, post-incident reviews and defect closure</p><ol start="5"><li>**Cross-Team Collaboration**</li></ol><p> - Collaborate effectively with product, engineering and overseas teams to align quality goals and release cadence</p><p> - Communicate in English for daily meetings, emails, defect discussions and quality reports; support cross-time-zone collaboration</p><p> </p><p>**Requirements**</p><p> </p><ol><li>**Experience (Required)**</li></ol><p> - 3+ years of software testing experience, including at least 2 years in mobile app (iOS / Android) testing</p><p> - Familiar with common app scenarios: release process, compatibility, permissions, push notifications, payments</p><p> - Preferred: experience independently owning QA for an app, or building an automation system from 0 to 1</p><ol start="2"><li>**Technical Skills (Required)**</li></ol><p> - Solid command of the full functional testing lifecycle; skilled in writing test cases, defect reports and test reports</p><p> - Hands-on experience in app automation (Appium, XCUITest, Maestro, etc.; proficient in at least one)</p><p> - Hands-on experience in API and performance testing (Postman, Charles / Proxyman, JMeter, etc.)</p><p> - Familiar with CI/CD and test management tools (Jira, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.)</p><ol start="3"><li>**Language (Required)**</li></ol><p> - Working-level English: able to discuss work content with foreign colleagues in meetings, emails and defect discussions</p><p> </p><p>Additional Information</p><p>Language Requirement: English</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
