<p><strong>Now Hiring: Technical Project Manager</strong></p><p>We are seeking an experienced and proactive <strong>Technical Project Manager</strong> to support the operation, enhancement, and lifecycle management of critical business systems. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong project management capabilities with technical understanding, vendor coordination experience, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day product operations, coordinating vendors, handling requirements and change management, and supporting the delivery of system enhancements across multiple commercial platforms.</p><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><strong>Product Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily product operations and resolve issues in line with company processes, tools, and service standards.</li><li>Perform rapid issue diagnosis and coordinate timely resolution of technical service requests.</li><li>Use operational tools such as <strong>ServiceNow</strong> to manage and track user support requests while ensuring compliance with information security, service, and KPI requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Lifecycle Management</strong></p><ul><li>Independently support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and optimization.</li><li>Build, enhance, and continuously improve product features and system capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements & Change Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and prioritize business requirements using a matrix based on business value and technical feasibility.</li><li>Oversee change control processes, including bug fixes, change requests, and release windows.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of customer business processes and collaborate with vendors to define effective solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor & Service Management</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate and manage L1/L2 vendor services based on SLA commitments and agreed service scope.</li><li>Work with multiple vendors across products to define interfaces and confirm technical solutions.</li><li>Support project and product documentation management, knowledge transfer, and compliance audit preparation.</li><li>Track issue resolution progress and facilitate communication between business and technical teams.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration & User Support</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with on-site and cross-functional teams to quickly respond to issues and adapt to changing business needs.</li><li>Provide technical support to users within commercial system operations and coordinate vendor delivery across departments.</li><li>Support project activities such as documentation preparation, project tracking, data preparation and input, system testing, end-user training, and system rollout.</li></ul><p><strong>Systems in Scope</strong></p><ul><li>Support daily operations, requirements management, and project coordination for commercial systems such as <strong>COMPASS, SRP, CMS, JBP</strong>, and related platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Computer Science, Information Systems</strong>, or a related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or related roles within a <strong>fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG)</strong> company or large software organization.</li><li>Strong experience with <strong>sales RTM solutions</strong> and related platforms such as <strong>SFA, DMS, CRM, and asset management systems</strong>.</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>microservices architecture</strong>, system integration, and API connectivity with external applications and big data platforms.</li><li>Exposure to other sales-related IT products such as <strong>route planning, order management systems, trade promotion management, market research, B2B platforms, and master data management</strong>.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in <strong>SFA IT service management, vendor management, and change management</strong>.</li><li>Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.</li><li>Strong presentation skills, especially in system data flow design and conceptual solution process design.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong conceptual thinking ability.</li><li>Fluent spoken <strong>English</strong> and proficient in <strong>MS Office</strong> and computer applications.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
