<p>1.Total Rewards Strategy & Design</p><p>· Develop and implement China-wide C&B strategies that align with business objectives and global total rewards philosophy<br />· Design competitive salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits programs tailored to different employee segments (e.g., commercial, supply chain, functions)<br />· Lead the annual salary review, bonus allocation, and promotion cycles, ensuring budget adherence and market competitiveness</p><p>2. Market Benchmarking & Analytics</p><p>· Conduct regular market research and participate in industry compensation surveys to benchmark our positioning<br />· Analyze internal and external data to provide insights and recommendations on pay trends, benefits uptake, and cost optimization<br />· Prepare C&B analytics and dashboards for leadership to support data-driven decision-making</p><p>Benefits Design & Management</p><p>· Oversee the design and delivery of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, commercial insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives, and flexible benefits<br />· Manage relationships with third-party vendors, brokers, and insurers to ensure service quality and cost efficiency<br />· Drive employee communication and education initiatives to enhance understanding and appreciation of total rewards</p><p>3.Compliance & Governance</p><p>· Ensure all C&B programs fully comply with China employment laws, tax regulations (e.g., IIT), and social insurance requirements<br />· Partner with Legal, Finance, and global C&B teams to maintain robust governance and audit readiness<br />· Manage C&B aspects of employment contracts, expatriate packages, and mobility cases</p><p>4.HR & Business Partnership</p><p>· Collaborate with HR Business Partners and business leaders to address C&B challenges and provide solutions for recruitment, retention, and organizational change<br />· Support M&A, restructuring, or new entity setup from a total rewards perspective<br />· Guide and develop a small team of C&B specialists, fostering a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement</p><p>5.Process Optimization & Systems</p><p>· Drive the optimization and digitization of C&B processes, leveraging HRIS and payroll systems for efficiency and accuracy<br />· Lead or participate in regional/global C&B projects as required</p><p style="text-align: left;"> </p><p>Qualifications & Experience</p><p>· Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields<br />· 8-12 years of progressive compensation experience, ideally in a multinational consumer goods, retail, or FMCG environment<br />· Deep knowledge of China labor law, individual income tax, social insurance, and local C&B practices<br />· Proven experience in salary structure design, incentive plan management, and benefits optimization<br />· Strong analytical and Excel skills; experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus<br />· Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is essential<br />· Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) designation preferred</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
