This role is ideal for a candidate with strong experience in IT operations, product lifecycle management, vendor coordination, and business-facing support within complex enterprise environments.</p><p>The successful candidate will work closely with business users, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure stable system performance, efficient service delivery, and continuous improvement across commercial platforms.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key Responsibilities</span></strong></p><p><strong>Product Operations</strong></p><ul><li>Manage daily product operations and resolve issues in accordance with company processes, tools, and compliance standards.</li><li>Perform rapid troubleshooting and issue diagnosis to minimize service disruption.</li><li>Drive continuous operational improvements and process optimization.</li></ul><p><strong>Product Lifecycle Management</strong></p><ul><li>Independently support the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and optimization.</li><li>Build and enhance system functions based on evolving business needs.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements &amp; Change Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and prioritize business requirements using a structured approach based on business value and technical feasibility.</li><li>Oversee change control processes, including bug fixes, change requests, and release windows.</li><li>Develop a strong understanding of business processes and work with vendors to define practical and scalable solutions.</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor Management</strong></p><ul><li>Manage L1/L2 vendor services in line with SLA commitments and agreed service scope.</li><li>Coordinate with multiple vendors on cross-product interface design and solution confirmation.</li><li>Oversee product and project documentation, knowledge transfer, and audit preparation.</li><li>Track issue resolution progress and support business communication during compliance reviews.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; User Support</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with on-site teams and stakeholders to ensure timely feedback, effective issue resolution, and alignment with changing business requirements.</li><li>Coordinate across departments and support users in commercial system operations.</li><li>Provide technical support and ensure vendor delivery meets business expectations.</li><li>Support project execution activities such as documentation preparation, progress management, data preparation and input, system testing, end-user training, and system rollout.</li></ul><p><strong>Service &amp; System Management</strong></p><ul><li>Coordinate vendors in using <strong>ServiceNow</strong> to manage user technical service requests while ensuring compliance with information security, service standards, and KPI requirements.</li><li>Oversee daily operations, requirement management, and project coordination for commercial systems such as <strong>COMPASS, SRP, CMS, JBP</strong>, and related platforms.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Computer Science, Information Systems</strong>, or a related field.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in IT Product Owner, Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or related roles within an <strong>FMCG company</strong> or large software organization.</li><li>Strong understanding of <strong>sales incentive management</strong> and <strong>perfect store execution</strong>.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> with <strong>sales RTM solutions</strong>, including <strong>SFA, DMS, CRM, and asset management systems</strong>.</li><li>Solid knowledge of <strong>microservices architecture</strong>, API integration, and connectivity with enterprise applications and big data platforms.</li><li>Experience with other sales-related IT systems such as <strong>route planning, order management, trade promotion management, market research, B2B, and master data management</strong>.</li><li><strong>5+ years of experience</strong> in <strong>SFA IT service management, vendor management, and change management</strong>.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships.</li><li>Good presentation skills in system data flow design and conceptual solution workflows.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and strong conceptual thinking ability.</li><li>Fluent spoken <strong>English</strong> and proficient in <strong>MS Office</strong>.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, resilience, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
