Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Elicitation & Analysis:* Partner with finance and other business stakeholders (brand, sales, operations) to deeply understand their processes, pain points, and analytical needs.* Conduct interviews, workshops, and process walkthroughs to document current-state processes and define future-state requirements.* Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Solution Design & Validation:* Collaborate with subproject owners, process owners, data experts, BI developers, and solution architects-both internal and external-to design solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring scalability and long-term maintainability.* Lead solution design discussions, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and driving consensus on key decisions.* Develop process flows, wireframes, and mockups to visualize proposed solutions for stakeholder validation.* Support the development of functional specifications and ensure seamless translation of business needs into technical design.Data Analysis & Insight Generation:* Perform exploratory data analysis to understand data landscapes, identify data quality issues, and validate business assumptions.* Support UAT by defining test scenarios, coordinating testing activities, and validating that delivered solutions meet requirements.Change & Adoption Support:* Support the development of user training materials and documentation.* Assist in user training sessions and provide first-line support during project rollout.* Gather user feedback post-implementation to inform continuous improvement.
