<p>It's a Maternity Leave backfill role, 6~8 months contractor.</p><p>Participate in the maintenance and optimization of the company's compensation and benefits framework; assist in implementing compensation structures, benefit schemes, and related incentive policies.</p><p>Support monthly payroll operations, including salary data verification, exception handling, social insurance and housing fund management, individual income tax processing, and related compliance follow-ups.</p><p>Participate in annual salary reviews, salary adjustments, bonus calculations, budget preparation, and labor cost analysis to ensure data accuracy, logical consistency, and timely delivery.</p><p>Assist in conducting compensation market research, job benchmarking, and competitiveness analysis to provide data-driven insights for management decision-making.</p><p>Participate in the optimization of C&amp;B policies, processes, and reporting templates to improve payroll calculation efficiency and data accuracy.</p><p>Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, external vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliant and stable operation of compensation and benefits programs.</p><p>Handle other C&amp;B-related tasks as assigned by the line manager.</p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management, Labor and Social Security, Finance, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.</li><li>Solid C&amp;B experience with a comprehensive understanding of compensation, benefits, payroll, labor cost analysis, and C&amp;B data management.</li><li>Proven experience participating in C&amp;B projects, supporting compensation scheme optimization, policy structuring, data simulation, and policy implementation.</li><li>Clear understanding of payroll processes; capable of independently handling or coordinating salary calculations, social insurance, housing funds, individual income tax, and related compliance matters.</li><li>Strong data analysis skills with advanced proficiency in Excel; able to handle complex compensation data and reports.</li><li>Highly logical, detail-oriented, with strong confidentiality awareness and the ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with business units, Finance, HR teams, and external vendors.</li><li>Prior experience in HR consulting firms, C&amp;B service agencies, outsourcing providers, or specialized in-house C&amp;B teams is preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>其他信息</strong></p><p>语言要求：英语</p><p>行业要求：咨询服务</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
