It offers a fast‑paced, young and dynamic work environment.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Purpose</strong></span><br /> Support the company's commercialization activities and business development transactions, including licensing, collaboration agreements, and day‑to‑day legal matters.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span></p><ol><li><strong>Commercialization Legal Support</strong></li><ul><li>Draft, review and negotiate distribution agreements, promotion cooperation contracts, service agreements, and other routine commercial contracts.</li><li>Provide legal advice to commercial teams on promotional activities, KOL engagements, and patient assistance programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant pharmaceutical advertising and marketing regulations.</li></ul><li><strong>BD &amp; Licensing Support</strong></li><ul><li>Assist in license‑in/license‑out transactions, including term sheet review, due diligence, agreement drafting and negotiation.</li><li>Support collaboration and co‑development agreements with domestic and international partners.</li><li>Coordinate with external counsel on cross-border matters.</li></ul><li><strong>Global Operations &amp; Compliance</strong></li><ul><li>Advise on day‑to‑day legal issues related to the company's overseas subsidiaries and global supply chain.</li><li>Monitor regulatory changes affecting the pharmaceutical industry and update internal policies accordingly.</li></ul><li><strong>Corporate Governance &amp; General Legal</strong></li><ul><li>Manage board resolutions, shareholder meetings, and corporate filings.</li><li>Handle data privacy, employment, and IP matters as needed.</li></ul></ol><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Requirements</strong></span></p><ul><li><strong>Education:</strong> LL.B. or LL.M. from a recognized law school; overseas education preferred.</li><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of post‑qualification legal experience, with <strong>at least 2 years in pharmaceutical in‑house role</strong>.
