Job SummaryWe are seeking a commercially focused and analytically strong Commercial Finance Director / Head of FP&A to lead financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic business partnering for our retail business. This role will support decision-making across brick-and-mortar stores, e-commerce, and omnichannel business lines, with a strong focus on driving profitable growth, improving operating efficiency, and enhancing investment returns.The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A and commercial finance expertise, with proven experience in the retail / omnichannel consumer retail industry, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or general retail.
