<p><strong>The Company</strong></p><p>A world-leading retail group.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul><li>Lead the full lifecycle of CRM/CDP projects, translating business requirements into robust technical solutions and ensuring successful delivery.</li><li>Manage external tech vendors and system integrators, ensuring high-quality project execution, adherence to SLAs, and alignment with Tapestry's standards.</li><li>Leverage your background in data engineering or data infrastructure to oversee the underlying data architecture, ensuring accurate data flow and system integration.</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams (marketing, IT, data, and external vendors) to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Your skills and experience</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ years of IT Project Management experience, with a strong focus on CRM/CDP platforms.</li><li><strong>Domain Expertise:</strong> Deep understanding of CRM/CDP architectures, customer data lifecycles, and marketing technology ecosystems.</li><li><strong>Industry Background:</strong> Solid To C (retail/e-commerce/fashion) industry background is required.</li><li><strong>Technical/Data Background:</strong> Prior experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or managing data infrastructure is highly preferred.
