Recruiting Ad: MDM Maintenance Our company is seeking an experienced MDM (Master Data Management) Maintenance Specialist to support ongoing MDM operations, drive data quality initiatives, and deliver business value for our growing teams.Key Responsibilities:<ol><li> MDM Demand Management</li></ol><ul><li>Participate in requirements gathering and communicate effectively with stakeholders.</li><li>Conduct requirement analysis and data profiling, maintaining up-to-date requirement documentation.</li><li>Oversee the entire system enhancement lifecycle: development, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment, and acceptance.</li></ul><ol><li> MDM Operations</li></ol><ul><li>Handle incident tickets, analyze and resolve system issues, perform data corrections, and suggest/implement optimization solutions.</li><li>Support daily MDM operations including login authentication management, user account and permission administration, and security-related processes.</li><li>Maintain master data models, interface fields, data mappings, and synchronization mechanisms with upstream and downstream systems.</li><li>Support integration testing with relevant external and internal systems.</li></ul><ol><li> Master Data Quality & Data Governance</li></ol><ul><li>Assist the Product Owner in executing master data quality management and data governance initiatives.</li><li>Maintain master data quality rules, monitor data anomalies, and ensure resolution with appropriate teams.</li><li>Participate in data governance meetings and help maintain governance processes and mechanisms.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, or data management.</li><li>Direct experience with MDM operations or MDM implementation projects.</li><li>Familiarity with the food & beverage or FMCG industry and practical knowledge of master data domains (Products, Customers, Stores, Employees, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for data quality validation and data profiling.</li><li>Understanding of data governance frameworks, including roles, data standards, DQC rules, and data lineage.</li><li>Strong structured thinking and analytical skills, with great attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.</li></ul> By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
