<h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><h3>Cloud &amp; Platform Architecture</h3><ul><li>Define application architecture standards and onboarding patterns for solutions deployed on the China Cloud Landing Zone.</li><li>Design scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud architectures aligned with enterprise architecture principles.</li><li>Collaborate with infrastructure, network, identity, and cybersecurity teams to confirm application readiness and technical dependencies.</li><li>Support cloud migration, application modernization, and deployment planning.</li></ul><h3>Application Architecture &amp; Delivery</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end architecture design for local business applications across Commercial, Medical, Supply Chain, Quality, and Corporate functions.</li><li>Translate business requirements into solution architecture, integration design, data flows, deployment models, and non-functional requirements.</li><li>Provide technical leadership through solution design, build, testing, cutover, deployment, and hypercare.</li><li>Review and validate technical designs and delivery outputs from system integrators and implementation partners.</li><li>Identify architecture risks, dependencies, technical debt, and mitigation actions early in the project lifecycle.</li></ul><h3>Integration &amp; Data Architecture</h3><ul><li>Design integration architecture between China local applications and global platforms.</li><li>Define API, interface, data exchange, and system interoperability approaches.</li><li>Ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture, master data, analytics, and data governance standards.</li><li>Support integration across CRM, ERP, data platforms, analytics solutions, WeChat ecosystem, and other digital services.</li></ul><h3>Security, Compliance &amp; Architecture Governance</h3><ul><li>Embed security-by-design and privacy-by-design principles into architecture decisions.</li><li>Partner with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, and risk teams to support compliance with applicable China requirements and enterprise controls.</li><li>Prepare and maintain architecture deliverables, including solution architecture documents, high-level designs, low-level designs, integration designs, deployment designs, architecture decision records, and technical risk assessments.</li><li>Participate in architecture review boards and project governance forums, and track architecture decisions through closure.</li></ul><h3>Vendor &amp; Stakeholder Management</h3><ul><li>Provide technical direction to external vendors and system integration partners.</li><li>Support solution evaluation, vendor selection, estimation, and implementation planning.</li><li>Act as a trusted technical advisor to business leaders, digital product owners, and project teams.</li><li>Communicate complex architecture topics clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.</li><li>8+ years of experience in solution architecture, application architecture, cloud architecture, or enterprise technology delivery.</li><li>Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise applications on public cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.</li><li>Hands-on experience with application modernization, APIs, integration platforms, identity and access management, networking concepts, and enterprise security controls.</li><li>Experience delivering end-to-end digital transformation or application migration programs.</li><li>Experience managing technical delivery across system integrators and external vendors.</li><li>Strong ability to convert business requirements into practical architecture and implementation decisions.</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience implementing cloud platforms or landing zones in China.</li><li>Knowledge of China cybersecurity, data privacy, cross-border data, and data residency considerations.</li><li>Experience working in a multinational organization and aligning local requirements with global standards.</li><li>Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, FMCG, or another regulated industry.</li><li>Experience with CRM, ERP, data platforms, business intelligence, SaaS solutions, microservices, containers, and modern integration patterns.</li><li>Relevant certifications such as TOGAF, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.</li></ul><h3>Key Deliverables &amp;
