<p>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Data Architect</strong> to join our <strong>BI IT team</strong>. This role will be responsible for data development and maintenance, data warehouse design, ETL process optimization, and building high-quality data foundations to support <strong>BI reporting, self-service analytics, and business dashboards</strong>.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Lead data development and maintenance for the BI IT team</li><li>Build stable and efficient <strong>ETL processes</strong> to support the ingestion, cleansing, and transformation of data from multiple business sources</li><li>Provide high-quality data support for <strong>BI reports</strong>, <strong>self-service analysis</strong>, and <strong>business dashboards</strong></li><li>Participate in the design and development of <strong>data warehouse models</strong></li><li>Work closely with architects to complete <strong>dimensional modeling</strong> and <strong>data layering design</strong></li><li>Develop and maintain <strong>data marts</strong> to support customized BI analysis requirements across business functions</li><li>Collaborate closely with BI analysts and business stakeholders to understand data needs in different business scenarios</li><li>Translate business logic into effective <strong>data models</strong> and <strong>SQL solutions</strong></li><li>Develop analytical datasets to support business reporting and decision-making</li><li>Drive the implementation of the <strong>data quality framework</strong>, including data validation rules and full data pipeline monitoring</li><li>Quickly identify and resolve data issues to ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy</li><li>Continuously optimize the data development process through <strong>automated data testing</strong>, <strong>job scheduling</strong>, and <strong>monitoring/alerting mechanisms</strong></li><li>Build reusable tools and components to improve team productivity and development efficiency</li><li>Maintain data documentation and metadata</li><li>Support data asset management and participate in <strong>data governance</strong> initiatives to promote standardized data usage</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in <strong>Computer Science</strong> or a related field</li><li><strong>3-5+ years</strong> of relevant experience in <strong>data development</strong></li><li>Experience working in a <strong>BI team</strong> is preferred</li><li>Strong proficiency in <strong>SQL</strong></li><li>Familiarity with the <strong>Snowflake</strong> platform, with at least <strong>1 year</strong> of relevant development experience</li><li>Solid understanding of <strong>data warehouse modeling theory</strong></li><li>Hands-on experience designing and implementing <strong>star schema</strong> and <strong>snowflake schema</strong></li><li>Practical experience in <strong>data warehouse project development</strong></li><li>Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues in data task execution</li><li>Strong sense of ownership and teamwork</li><li>Understanding of the basic process of <strong>BI report development</strong> and <strong>data analysis</strong></li><li>Ability to work proactively with business teams to identify and unlock data value</li><li>Experience with <strong>BI platform development</strong> is preferred</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Detail-oriented and data-driven</li><li>Strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Practical mindset with a focus on data quality, scalability, and efficiency</li><li>Passionate about building robust data foundations that support business growth and decision-making</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
