<p>We are looking for an experienced Mobile App Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and continuous enhancement of iOS and Android applications for the China market. This role will be instrumental in improving app functionality and user experience to support business priorities and address evolving market demands.</p><p>As part of the broader mobile growth agenda, this position will work closely with both local and global cross-functional teams to shape and manage the mobile product roadmap. The successful candidate will also lead an agile product team to deliver against strategic priorities. This role is ideal for a digitally savvy product leader who is highly attuned to customer needs, able to balance user and business value, and comfortable making decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The individual should be equally effective in addressing high-level strategic opportunities and day-to-day execution challenges across business, design, and technology functions.</p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><li>8+ years of experience in digital product management and digital strategy, with deep familiarity with consumer-facing digital ecosystems, particularly mobile platforms</li><li>Strong track record of leading cross-functional agile teams within a scaled agile development environment</li><li>Proven experience partnering with Design, Engineering, and QA teams to develop and roll out new or enhanced mobile features and user experiences</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively within a matrixed organization, working across functions such as Marketing and Operations</li><li>Solid experience in mapping user journeys and creating product user stories, with the ability to clearly explain rationale and requirements</li><li>Practical experience with product and collaboration tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Figma, and related platforms</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and execution plans</li><li>Customer-centric and innovative mindset, with a focus on leveraging user insights to enhance products, features, and overall platform experience</li><li>Experience mentoring junior team members and supporting their professional development</li><li>Knowledge of mobile app security, privacy, and compliance requirements</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
