<p>We are seeking for Senior IT Product Manager(AI) - Contractor, Base in Shanghai.</p><p>Job Summary<br />We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Owner, Consumer Experience &amp; AI Innovation to lead the vision, roadmap, and delivery of key consumer and employee experience platforms across China.<br />This role is responsible for driving digital products and capabilities spanning Customer Service Hub, Voice of Customer (VOC), Experience Hub, Wholesale Portal, and Store Lifecycle Management, ensuring seamless experiences across consumers, retail associates, wholesale partners, and internal operations.<br />In addition, this role will act as a key catalyst for AI innovation, identifying, designing, and scaling AI-powered solutions, with a strong focus on AI Agents, workflow automation, operational intelligence, and business activation use cases. The ideal candidate combines deep product management expertise, business acumen, AI innovation capabilities, and strong stakeholder leadership skills.<br />Key Responsibilities<br />Consumer &amp; Employee Experience Transformation<br />* Lead initiatives that improve consumer, associate, and partner experiences across physical and digital touchpoints.<br />* Drive experience-led product design through journey mapping, process optimization, and data-driven insights.<br />* Continuously identify opportunities to simplify operations, improve service quality, increase productivity, and enhance satisfaction.<br />AI Innovation &amp; Agent Activation<br />* Drive the exploration, incubation, and adoption of AI-powered capabilities across business domains.<br />* Lead ideation and implementation of: <br />o AI Agents<br />o Conversational Assistants<br />o Intelligent Automation<br />o Decision Support Solutions<br />* Partner with Data and Business teams to identify high-value AI opportunities and translate them into scalable products.<br />* Develop frameworks and best practices for AI Agent activation, adoption, measurement, and continuous optimization.<br />* Stay current on emerging AI technologies, market trends, and innovation opportunities, proactively introducing new capabilities that create business value.<br />Product Delivery &amp; Execution<br />* Manage product backlog, prioritization, requirement definition, and delivery lifecycle.<br />* Collaborate with Engineering, UX, Data, Architecture, and Vendor teams to deliver high-quality solutions.<br />* Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product adoption, experience improvement, and business impact.<br />* Ensure products comply with security, privacy, governance, and local regulatory requirements.<br />Stakeholder Management &amp; Storytelling<br />* Build strong partnerships across Customer Service, Retail Operations, Wholesale, Marketing, Commercial, and Technology organizations.<br />* Facilitate alignment across senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.<br />* Communicate complex concepts clearly through executive-level storytelling, business cases, roadmaps, and presentations.<br />* Influence decision-making through data, insights, and compelling narratives.<br /> <br />Qualifications<br />Experience<br />* Bachelor's degree or above in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines.<br />* 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Digital Transformation, Customer Experience, Service Platforms, or Enterprise Digital Solutions.<br />* Proven track record leading large-scale platform implementations and digital experience initiatives.<br />* Experience working across both business and technology organizations in agile environments.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
