<p><strong>主要职责</strong></p><ul><li>梳理现有及目标申诉流程，包括一审、补件、人工复核和二次申诉，输出 as-is/to-be 流程及关键责任边界。</li><li>动申诉判定规则手册的结构化与文档化，将业务政策转化为清晰、可执行、可测试、可签署的规则，明确适用条件、所需材料、判定逻辑、例外、边界案例及处理结果。政策决定权和签署权归业务团队。</li><li>分析历史申诉及争议案例，识别规则缺口；整理待决策问题，组织并支持业务团队完成仲裁，沉淀裁定依据、适用范围及版本记录。</li><li>建立 Rulebook 的评审、版本、变更和签署机制，确保规则及其业务依据可追溯。</li><li>输出业务需求、流程图、决策表、UAT 场景及相关操作文档。</li><li>协调业务、技术和平台团队，跟进开放问题、关键决策、外部依赖及交付进度。</li><li>建立 UAT 场景包和问题跟踪机制，支持 Shadow Test 与上线准备；实际演练视相关平台依赖就绪情况开展。</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>任职要求</strong></p><ul><li>4 年以上业务分析、风险运营、反欺诈、合规或申诉审核相关经验；零售、渠道或经销商合规背景优先。</li><li>具备较强的业务规则和流程分析能力，能够从历史案例中抽象判定逻辑，并独立形成结构化交付物。</li><li>有 Rulebook、SOP、决策表、规则引擎或审核策略相关经验者优先。</li><li>有 UAT 设计、边界案例分析及跨团队项目推进经验。</li><li>熟练使用 Excel；具备 SQL 或数据分析经验者优先。</li><li>具备英文文档读写能力。</li><li>能在严格的数据保密和访问控制要求下工作，案件材料不得离开受控环境。</li><li>沟通清晰、执行力强，能够在业务口径尚不完整的情况下主动分析、形成方案并推动决策。</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
