Comfortable with funnel metrics, price/offer presentation, and guest trust.
* To-B (hotel / merchant / partner / internal operator): owned or led products used by hotels, merchants, suppliers, contact center, finance, or internal operators - especially backoffice consoles that support front-end operations, such as reservation management, voucher / coupon / offer operations, finance ops (refunds, reconciliation, settlement, invoicing), operational and commercial reporting, inventory/catalog, rates, availability, booking operations, partner portals, or connectivity. Understands how B-end rules, console workflows, and finance/reporting definitions determine what the guest can see, book, change, redeem, and how money and records are settled.
* Evidence should show real ownership, not adjacent exposure (e.g. "worked with hotels" without owning the operating product, "used the console" without owning it, or "supported checkout" without owning the funnel). Roadmap ownership Has independently created and managed a product roadmap at squad or domain level - not only executed a backlog written by others.
* Multi-quarter / multi-horizon planning with outcomes, sequencing, and explicit trade-offs
* Socialized the plan with senior stakeholders and used it to say no, defer, or re-sequence
* Adjusted the roadmap based on delivery reality, experiments, and changing business constraints
* Comfortable with quarterly OKRs, dependency management, and written decision records Learning agility and domain absorption Demonstrated ability to learn a new industry, product, or business-logic set quickly and apply it.
* Builds a working model of rules, systems, and operators within weeks: read, test, interview, map, then decide
* Does not wait for a complete brief; pulls knowledge from documentation, existing systems, data, and people
* Turns newly learned logic (pricing, inventory, loyalty, brand, tax, channel, reservation, voucher, finance ops, reporting) into requirements, experiments, and roadmap choices
* Comfortable being the person who "does not know this domain yet" and still leads discovery with rigor Experience
* 7-12 years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or equivalent, including senior / lead-level ownership of a product area
* Proven delivery of digital products from discovery through rollout and post-launch optimization
* Hands-on Agile/Scrum: backlog, release planning, and cross-functional delivery
* Complex programs with multiple systems, stakeholders, dependencies, and vendors
* Product rollout experience: pilot design, readiness, training, adoption, and performance monitoring Digital and platform
* Strong fit: travel, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplace, or other two-sided commerce platforms
* Valuable: WeChat Mini Program, App commerce, loyalty/membership, payments, O2O, promotion platforms, hotel connectivity or CRS-adjacent systems, operator backoffice consoles, finance-ops tools, and operational / commercial reporting
* Working knowledge of APIs, integration, data flows, analytics instrumentation, and technical dependencies
* China digital ecosystem literacy (App + WeChat, local payments) is a strong plus Preferred
* Hospitality or travel commerce (search-to-book, rate/inventory, reservation and voucher backoffice, finance ops, reporting, hotel operations)
* Global × China product collaboration; fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
* Experience resolving Global platform constraints against local market needs

By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
