<p>Key accountabilities</p><ul><li>Core member of the China digital product team, working to ensure the throughput of delivered features is consistent</li><li>Provide management, coaching and expertise to development teams, as required</li><li>Ensure the team is effectively resourced to deliver what is required, in line with plan and budget, using both internal and external resources as needed.</li><li>Contribute to budgeting and financial reporting processes, as required.</li><li>Facilitate continuous improvement and apply the most appropriate delivery techniques for your environment</li><li>Proactively manage dependencies between squads, plan the sequence of work and overcome obstacles. Identify and proactively manage risks to delivery through awareness of status and understanding where additional focus or attention is required to help improve performance</li><li>Communicate teams progress, both formally and informally, to stakeholders across the business.
