This role is ideal for a technically strong, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and is passionate about reliability, performance, and future-focused infrastructure design.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability</li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and track them through to resolution along with solutions to avoid in the future.</li><li>Work with internal teams/external vendors to optimize reliability, performance, latency, and efficiency for infrastructure services</li><li>Evolve with business and architect the infrastructure for the future.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications</span></strong></p><p><strong>Must Have</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.</li><li>5+ years of experience as an Infrastructure/Systems Engineer or in a closely related technical role.</li><li>Highly organized with a proven ability to rapidly acquire new skills within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>Exceptional professional communication and coordination skills; ability to act as a primary technical interface between end-users and vendors to resolve complex infrastructure challenges.</li><li>Acute attention to detail, particularly regarding production system access, infrastructure operations, and application support.</li><li>Possession of the AMAC Fund Practitioner's License or the demonstrated capability to obtain it upon hire.</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred</strong></p><ul><li>Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible) and developing internal tooling using Python.</li><li>Practical experience with one or more Clouds including Microsoft Azure and Ali Cloud.</li><li>Solid hands-on experience in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Windows and Linux environments.</li><li>Practical experience with Microsoft enterprise products, including Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), and Office 365.</li><li>Strong understanding of enterprise-level networking concepts and lifecycle implementation.</li><li>Proficiency in managing web servers (Nginx/IIS), message queues, and relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL).</li><li>Experience with enterprise-grade monitoring and APM suites (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud- native equivalents) to maintain up-time and optimize performance metrics.</li><li>Deep understanding of the CIS (Center for Internet Security) Framework and experience implementing automated hardening scripts for OS and cloud environments.</li><li>Proficiency in written English</li><li>Proficiency in Chinese, both in writing and speaking preferred.</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
