The Company Overview:
The company is a famous furniture retailing MNC located in downtown Shanghai.
- Manually AP booking, such as pre-payment booking, bank booking, and recurring booking etc.
- Review and analyse AP aging, ensure payments accurately and timely, and follow up pre-payment
- Assist GL and reporting team on period end close, tax team for VAT invoice handling
- Ensure system invoices are properly processed
- Familiar with standard AP process, writing, reviewing and updating the local working routine on regular base
- Continuously work on improving system and process
- Certificated accountant
- Bachelor degree major in finance or accounting related
- Minimum 2 years working experience in MNCs
- Minimum 3 years experiences in G/L function
- Knowledge of PRC and International accounting and reporting standards
- Highly initiative person to drive effective communication with other Finance functions and also other departments
- Experience in shared services center of a multinational corporation preferred
- Basic English skills on both reading and writing
