Our client is a European manufacturing company that specializes in lifting equipment.

The Role/职责

  • Responsible for daily accounting activities, perform GL accounting procedures and activities timely and accurately in accordance with IFRS and PRC GAAP.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and external statutory reports.
  • Conduct monthly balance sheet accounts reconciliation and review timely and ensure all balance sheet accounts are properly substantiated.
  • Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and applications in compliance with prevailing PRC tax laws and regulations including both direct and indirect tax.
  • Perform tax related accounting posting and reporting.
  • Implement standardized tax operation processes and support specific tax matter, working closely with tax team.
  • Coordinate internal and external audit to fulfil the compliance requirement.
  • Work on process standardization and optimization to reduce unnecessary work and update the job aids.
  • Assis managers to perform financial analysis and forecast task;
  • Perform other any duties assigned by the manager.

Your Profile/对您的要求

In order to be successful on this engagement, you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Auditing.
  • Over 6 years accounting or finance related experience, previous experience in audit firm or in multinational manufacturing companies is preferred, has FP&A experience is a plus;
  • Excellent general accounting skills and experience, good knowledge of IFRS and PRC GAAP accounting principles, activities and processes.
  • Be familiar local tax laws, regulations and practices;
  • Awareness of internal control principles and processes
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software especially excel skills, has experience to build up financial module is a plus.
  • Professional certificate holder of CICPA, ACCA, CIMA is preferred.
  • Be familiar with ERP system, SAP and Hyperion experience is preferred.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English.
