Principal Accountabilities and duties:

  • Performing the candidate search in the market to identify the right candidates for clients and help build up a strong candidate pool
  • Conducting high volume interviews to identify the right candidates
  • Responsible for the business development and will proactively reach out to clients directly to introduce the company and the service
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with candidates, clients and internal team
  • Taking full responsibility for the assigned task from clients and try to fulfil the task with high efficiency
  • Coordinating between clients and candidates to provide all the relevant support
  • Collaborating internally to provide good candidates/leads/market intelligence and etc
  • Putting all the relevant information into the salesforce system under the guidance of the company
  • Promoting the company image to the market as the ambassador of the company

Your profile:

  • A bachelor degree holder is a must and advance degree related to business and management is desirable;
  • At least 3-4 years relevant working experience in the sales/business development environment, prior experience in the recruitment industry, a business to business sales environment or the finance or banking industry is a distinct advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • A highly self-motivated individual who likes to take challenge;
  • A fast learner who is able to work under pressure;
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization;
  • Excellent active listening skills;
  • Problem solving and root cause identification skills; and
  • Must be a team player and able to work with others.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must
