Rebate & Incentive Management</p><p>· Oversee the calculation, accrual, and settlement of complex customer and distributor rebate programs.<br />· Ensure rebate structures are designed to incentivize desired customer behaviors (volume growth, category share gain) while protecting margins.<br />· Audit and validate rebate claims to prevent revenue leakage.</p><p>5. Strategic Planning & Control</p><p>· Lead the development of the Annual Operating Plan (Budget) and Long-Range Plan (LRP) for the business unit.<br />· Ensure compliance with internal controls related to revenue recognition and sales deductions.</p><p>Qualifications & Requirements:</p><p>· Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics. MBA or professional qualification (CPA/ACCA/CIMA) is a plus.<br />· Experience: 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or commercial finance, preferably within the Consumer Durables, Retail, or FMCG industries.<br />· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
