<p>Our retail client is seeking a detail-oriented General Ledger Accountant to support finance operations across the Australia and New Zealand entities. This role will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the general ledger, managing month-end close activities, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with local accounting and reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in a multi-entity retail environment and hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics AX.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage general ledger accounting activities for Australia and New Zealand entities.</li><li>Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes accurately and on time.</li><li>Prepare and review journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and intercompany transactions.</li><li>Complete balance sheet reconciliations and investigate/resolution of reconciling items.</li><li>Maintain fixed assets, including additions, disposals, and depreciation postings.</li><li>Support lease accounting, inventory accounting, and retail-related accounting processes where applicable.</li><li>Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.</li><li>Assist with BAS/GST, FBT, and other indirect tax reporting for Australia and New Zealand as required.</li><li>Partner with AP, AR, payroll, and operations teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.</li><li>Support statutory audit requests and preparation of schedules for external auditors.</li><li>Review financial data in Dynamics AX and help drive process improvements across finance operations.</li><li>Assist with reporting, variance analysis, and ad hoc finance projects.</li></ul><p><strong>其他信息</strong></p><p>语言要求：普通话 + 英语</p><p>行业要求：专业技术服务,批发/零售,食品/饮料/酒水</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
