<p><strong>公司概述：</strong></p><ul><li>我们的客户是一家快速发展的跨境金融科技公司，200人左右，垂直行业排名靠前，现金流稳定业务发展迅速。</li><li>目前积极寻找海外基金运营。</li></ul><p> </p><p>岗位职责：</p><ul><li>牌照相关职责对接 9号牌（资产管理）：确保SPV作为基金资产的一部分，其管理活动完全符合香港SFC对资产管理人的操守规定，并将SPV运营风险纳入基金整体风控框架。1号牌（证券交易）及4号牌（就证券提供意见）：监控SPV持有的证券资产变化，确保相关交易活动（如通过SPV行使认股权、接收股息再投资等）的记录与报告符合牌照监管要求。</li><li>财务、报告与审计协调 主导或监督各SPV的年度财务报告流程，协调审计师完成审计工作。确保SPV层级的财务数据准确汇总至基金层级报表，支持基金整体的财务报告与投资者披露。维护所有SPV的公司章程、股东登记册、董事名册、重大合同及会议记录等核心文件，确保档案完整、实时更新。</li><li>外部服务机构管理 作为主要接口，管理并考核开曼群岛的公司服务提供商、律师事务所、审计师及托管银行的服务质量，确保其服务满足协议标准与时效要求。针对SPV相关的监管问询或合规检查，牵头协调各方准备及提交响应文件。</li></ul><p> </p><p>任职要求</p><ul><li>教育背景 会计、金融、法律或商业管理本科及以上学历。持有CA/CPA、ACCA或相关法律资格者优先。</li><li>牌照与经验 深刻理解并具备对接香港1、4、9号牌监管要求的实际经验，能够将SPV运营与牌照合规紧密结合。 5年以上专注于离岸SPV或控股公司运营管理、基金行政管理或企业秘书服务经验。拥有私募基金、国际会计师事务所或专业服务公司背景者优先。必须具备处理SPV全套后台运营（财务、合规、档案）的深厚经验。</li><li>语言能力 中文和英文必须流利，能够熟练审核英文法律及财务文件，撰写中文管理报告，并与全球服务商进行高效专业沟通。</li><li>技能要求 对细节有极高的敏感度和严谨性，具备出色的项目管理与多任务处理能力。 优秀的沟通与协调能力，能够作为核心枢纽连接投资前台、合规风控及外部服务方。 熟练使用办公软件，有SPV管理软件或基金行政平台使用经验者更佳。</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
