Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Involve in new product development, work with Engineering and Technical team to conduct design and process maturity study, define product quality requirements and manufacturing control plan.</li><li>Develop metrology on new products, conduct supply chain spec alignment, correlation activities.</li><li>Drive Failure analysis, corrective action implementation plan, and yield bridge to mass production.
