This role leads and coordinates Level 1 Desk Side Support operations across headquarters, manufacturing sites, and overseas offices, ensuring high service availability, operational efficiency, and an excellent user experience.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Operations<ul><li>Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network services, cloud platforms, and end-user computing environments.</li><li>Ensure high availability, reliability, security, and performance of infrastructure services across all business locations.</li><li>Monitor infrastructure health and proactively identify risks, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Coordinate routine maintenance, incident response, and operational support to minimize business disruption.</li><li>Support infrastructure-related projects, system upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.</li></ul>Microsoft 365 Operations & Administration<ul><li>Administer, support, and maintain the Microsoft 365 environment, including:</li><ul><li>Exchange Online</li><li>Microsoft Teams</li><li>SharePoint Online</li><li>OneDrive for Business</li><li>Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)</li><li>Microsoft Intune</li></ul><li>Manage user lifecycle processes, including account provisioning, access management, permissions administration, and policy enforcement.</li><li>Ensure secure and efficient operation of collaboration and productivity platforms.</li><li>Support configuration, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization of Microsoft 365 services.</li></ul>End-User Support & Service Delivery<ul><li>Lead and coordinate Level 1 Desk Side Support operations across multiple business sites and international offices.</li><li>Ensure timely resolution of user issues related to hardware, software, connectivity, and workplace technology tools.</li><li>Promote high-quality service delivery and a positive end-user experience through responsive and effective support.</li><li>Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and maintain support standards.</li></ul>Operational Excellence & Governance<ul><li>Act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and IT teams for infrastructure and workplace technology services.</li><li>Support IT procurement processes and manage hardware/software asset lifecycle activities.</li><li>Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and service records.</li><li>Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and user satisfaction.</li><li>Ensure compliance with security standards, operational policies, and best practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in IT infrastructure operations, end-user support, or infrastructure management roles.</li><li>Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, cloud platforms, and desktop environments.</li><li>Hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Intune.</li><li>Experience leading or coordinating Desk Side Support or IT service delivery across multiple locations.</li><li>Strong understanding of IT operations, incident management, user support, and service continuity.</li><li>Familiarity with IT procurement, asset management, and lifecycle planning.</li><li>Good understanding of IT security, access control, and policy enforcement in enterprise environments.</li><li>Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-site, and international business environment.</li></ul> By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
