<p>We are currently looking for a Senior Manager to lead the implementation of the China Third Party Intermediary (TPI) Due Diligence project. This position will be responsible for managing daily project operations, engaging cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring the project is delivered on schedule and in full compliance with applicable standards.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage all aspects of the China TPI Due Diligence implementation, overseeing project planning, timelines, risk assessment, and deliverables.</li><li>Collaborate closely with teams across China's business, Legal, IT, as well as regional and global groups.</li><li>Monitor project progress, identify and address risks/issues, and proactively resolve challenges to maintain momentum.</li><li>Prepare comprehensive project reports and presentations for senior-level stakeholders.</li><li>Support the integration of medical industry compliance and TPI Due Diligence requirements throughout project execution.</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum of 8 years' experience in project or program management, ideally within healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical sectors.</li><li>Strong knowledge of medical industry compliance, with a preference for candidates experienced in TPI Due Diligence or third-party risk management.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to successfully manage complex, cross-functional projects in a matrix environment.</li><li>Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with clear and logical communication skills (written and verbal).</li><li>A proactive, detail-oriented approach, comfortable taking ownership and driving initiatives to completion.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>What We're Seeking</strong> We need an experienced project leader who brings structure, compliance expertise, and strong execution skills; someone who can effectively engage with business, compliance, and technical teams to deliver results.</p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
