Strategic Bridge - China &amp; Global</strong></p><p>6. Act as the <strong>primary liaison</strong> between the China business units and Global Technology/Strategy teams.</p><p>7. Translate global project strategies into actionable local execution plans, while advocating for China-specific requirements (e.g., regulatory compliance, platform integrations with WeChat/Tmall, data sovereignty).</p><p>8. Facilitate weekly cross-regional steering committees, ensuring clear communication of progress, risks, and dependencies to both Chinese stakeholders and HQ executives.</p><p>9. <strong>3. Stakeholder Management &amp; Communication</strong></p><p>10. Engage with senior leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to gather requirements and drive user adoption.</p><p>11. Deliver high-impact presentations and status reports in both English and Mandarin, tailored to the audience-from technical deep-dives to executive summaries.</p><p>12. Manage expectations and resolve conflicts between regional and global priorities with a solution-oriented mindset.</p><p>13. <strong>4. Change Management &amp; Adoption</strong></p><p>14. Partner with the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team to design training and communication plans that resonate with local end-users.</p><p>15.
