<p><strong>Recruiting Ad: IT Security </strong></p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ol><li>Oversee the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of security operations platforms (SIEM/SOC/SOAR), including real-time monitoring of security logs and alerts, and analysis of potential security threats.</li><li>Respond rapidly to security incidents and organize emergency drills, addressing threats such as DDoS attacks, malware infections, and data breaches.</li><li>Lead Data Loss Prevention (DLP) initiatives, including defining cyber security strategies and ongoing monitoring of abnormal behaviors.</li><li>Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to ensure accurate information asset inventory.</li><li>Perform periodic vulnerability scanning and penetration testing on critical systems, driving remediation efforts for identified vulnerabilities.</li><li>Assess the security architecture prior to internal and external system releases or changes, and evaluate security risks of third-party systems.</li><li>Establish security configuration baselines for servers, operating systems, databases, security devices, network devices, and cloud environments, following system criticality and industry best practices.</li><li>Work with IT compliance staff to support internal and external system audit requirements (e.g., MLPS, group audits, financial audits, regulatory reviews).</li></ol><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ol><li>Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, cyber security, or related field.</li><li>Hands-on experience with SOC operations, including security planning, incident response, and familiarity with leading SOC platforms and SIEM tools. Experience building SOCs from the ground up is a strong plus.</li><li>Proficient with essential network security solutions such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, WAF, anti-virus, and DLP.</li><li>Deep understanding of security attack and defense techniques, vulnerability assessment (black box and white box testing), and common network attack methods.</li><li>5-8 years of relevant experience; information security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISP, CISA) are preferred.</li><li>Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.</li><li>Basic English reading and writing skills required.</li></ol><p>Ready to make a direct impact on our organization's security defense?
