This role will focus on building, operating, and continuously optimizing intelligent agent systems for different business and functional teams, especially in document processing and internal knowledge management scenarios. Using platforms such as <strong>Dify</strong>, you will help create agent services that are <strong>auditable, observable, and maintainable</strong>.</p><p>We are looking for candidates who combine strong <strong>LLM application capabilities</strong> with solid <strong>software engineering expertise</strong>.</p><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop, orchestrate, iterate, and optimize core AI Agent workflows, preferably based on the <strong>Dify</strong> platform</li><li>Build and debug end-to-end agent workflows with capabilities such as task decomposition, tool calling, loop execution, exception retry, and closed-loop task completion</li><li>Refactor and improve existing agent workflows to enhance execution stability, reasoning efficiency, and task completion rates</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as long-task drift, context loss, and execution interruptions</li><li>Develop agent toolchains, state scheduling mechanisms, and multi-step reasoning logic</li><li>Leverage <strong>Dify Workflow, Plugin, and Dataset</strong> capabilities to create reusable workflow components and templates</li><li>Stay current with leading agent technologies and continuously improve agent planning, reflection, and self-correction capabilities</li><li>Partner with business teams to deliver intelligent automation use cases across a variety of operational scenarios</li><li>Build capabilities for document parsing, knowledge retrieval, <strong>RAG</strong>, evaluation, and version management</li><li>Implement and govern these capabilities within the <strong>Dify knowledge base ecosystem</strong>, including chunking strategies, embedding strategies, and retrieval optimization</li><li>Design and develop backend services, APIs, access control, and audit logging for agent services</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or a related field; Master's degree preferred</li><li><strong>10+ years</strong> of software development experience and <strong>3+ years</strong> of AI Agent development experience</li><li>Strong proficiency in at least one backend technology stack, such as <strong>Python</strong> or <strong>Go</strong></li><li>Familiarity with at least one agent framework and a solid understanding of core agent mechanisms, including <strong>ReAct</strong>, workflow orchestration, tool use, and context management</li><li>Hands-on experience with <strong>Dify</strong> is highly preferred, including workflow design, plugin development, knowledge base usage, and agent tuning</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>vector databases</strong>, <strong>retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)</strong>, document chunking, reranking, and knowledge base governance</li><li>Proven experience developing, optimizing, and deploying real-world agent workflows, including building solutions from scratch or continuously improving production systems</li><li>Experience in <strong>Dify platform operations</strong>, customization, or secondary development is a strong plus</li><li>Strong engineering skills with the ability to independently troubleshoot execution issues and improve workflow reliability and stability</li></ul><p> </p><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
