税务经理<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">公司</span></strong></p><ul><li>我的客户是一个业务增长健康的零售行业。</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">工作内容</span></strong></p><ul><li>总体税务筹划：结合税收法规的变化，对公司业务模式进行分析，结合集团长短期目标，设计并落地符合集团发展并合规合理的税务架构和交易架构；</li><li>税务预测、测算及税负分析: 基于基础财务数据，对集团年度、季度及月度纳税情况进行预测，并分析集团年度纳税情况及实际税负率的纵向及横向比较，以供决策及优化；</li><li>税务合规管理: 负责公司的日常税务合规性申报及管理工作；制定、完善集团税收管理机制，规范相关业务的税务处理，降低整体税收风险；</li><li>税务风险应对: 协助部门负责人处理公司的各项税务评估、税务检查及税务稽查等事项的应对及谈判，对相关税务事项的原因、问题、处理情况等进行总结并提出改进建议；</li><li>转让定价合规管理：根据OECD近期的支柱一支柱二进程，研究集团的各种交易模式，完成集团转让定价设计并进行合规申报；</li><li>税收优惠及政府补贴申请及落地: 协助部门负责人收集并研究公司可能适用的各类财税优惠、补贴政策，并进行申请、谈判及落地；</li><li>政府关系维护: 协助部门负责人维护各地及各层级税务、财政、科技及其他相关条线的政府关系，并保持良好的业务互动；</li><li>团队建设: 协助部门负责人维持关键岗位人才保留率。基于部门统筹安排，定期为团队成员提供财税相关的专业培训，提升团队专业作战能力。</li></ul><p> </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>任职要求</strong></span></p><ul><li>本科以上，财税类专业；</li><li>8年以上大型会计师、税务师事务所或企业财税岗位工作经验，其中至少5年税务岗位工作经验及团队管理经验；</li><li>深入、综合的财务及税务专业知识，良好的业务理解、全局思维、危机应对、沟通协调、团队管理能力；</li><li>持有CPA或CTA资格证书者优先；</li><li>英文读写及口语流利。</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What's on offer?</span></strong></p><ul><li>Scope大，看全中国。</li><li>有机会成为团队Leader。</li></ul><p><em> </em></p><p><em>Robert Half Ltd is committed to equal opportunity and we value diversity at our company.
