System Construction</strong></p><ul><li>Independently manage the cross-site team of Shenzhen + Hong Kong, optimize organizational structure, recruit and reserve core technical backbones, and complete team capacity expansion as scheduled.</li><li>Build a localized, standardized and replicable engineering operation system, form process specifications covering R&amp;D iteration, NPI introduction, mass production control and supply chain docking, and support long-term business growth of global emerging technologies.</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor or above degree in Optoelectronic Engineering, Optical Communication, Precision Machinery, Material Engineering or related majors.</li><li>12+ years of professional experience in optical passive interconnection industry, 5+ years of senior management experience in R&amp;D/engineering/NPI/supply chain, familiar with high-density optical connector and fiber array product development and mass production.</li><li>Proven hands-on experience in VSFF/SN/MPO high-density connectors, FAU/FAS fiber arrays, CPO coupling components; familiar with wafer-level optical assembly, precision coupling calibration and high-reliability optical product verification.</li><li>Rich experience in OEM factory technical docking, new product pilot run, yield optimization and mass production transfer, capable of independently solving manufacturing and process technical problems.</li><li>Proven experience in building technical teams from scratch, capable of managing cross-site teams of more than 10 people, with mature team training and performance management capabilities.</li><li>Native Chinese speaker, fluent business English in oral and written, capable of independent technical communication, report presentation.</li><li>Overseas study or overseas working experience is highly preferred, familiar with cross-cultural international team collaboration mode.</li><li>Strong strategic execution: able to convert abstract global top-level technical strategies into detailed, implementable localized landing plans.</li><li>Excellent cross-cultural leadership and personal influence, able to unify team goals and stabilize delivery in a fast-paced international working environment.</li><li>Pragmatic, result-oriented and detail-oriented, focusing on technical landing and yield improvement;
