<p>Role Overview:</p><p>We are looking for a highly articulate and independent SAP FICO Consultant to support our pharmaceutical client. This is a Techno-Functional role. You will not only handle standard financial business processes but also be expected to dive into the system to debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues at the technical level.</p><p>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Act as the bridge between Finance Business Partners and IT, delivering end-to-end SAP FICO solutions.</li><li>Handle daily system troubleshooting: independently use ABAP Debugger and relevant T-codes (SE16N, SE37, ST05, etc.) to identify root causes of system errors (Dumps, data inconsistencies).</li><li>Support and optimize EBS (Electronic Bank Statement) processes. Troubleshoot bank interface issues, parsing errors, and automatic clearing failures.</li><li>Read and understand ABAP codes. Ability to modify simple enhancements (User Exits/BADIs) or provide precise technical guidance to the ABAP development team.</li><li>Ensure system configurations and processes comply with GxP and pharmaceutical industry regulations.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Requirements (Must-Have):</p><ul><li>[CRITICAL] Communication &amp; English: Business Fluent English is mandatory. Must be able to articulate thoughts clearly, concisely, and professionally. Candidates with poor communication skills will be rejected immediately.</li><li>Technical Skills: Strong SAP FICO configuration background, combined with solid hands-on experience in ABAP debugging and troubleshooting. (You must be able to fix small issues yourself, not just raise tickets).</li><li>Industry Background: Prior experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is highly preferred.
