<p>Responsibility:</p><ul><li>Strategic sourcing and category management: Develop and implement category strategies for direct materials such as coffee, dairy, tea and packaging, as well as indirect categories including equipment, logistics, marketing services, and so on.</li><li>Supplier relationship management: Identify, evaluate, and develop a high-performing supplier base; establish long-term partnerships; conduct regular supplier audits and business reviews.</li><li>Cost optimization: Drive total cost of ownership improvements through negotiation, value engineering, demand management, and market benchmarking while maintaining quality and food safety.</li><li>Supply assurance and risk management: Ensure continuity of supply for all key categories; monitor commodity market dynamics such as coffee and dairy price fluctuations; develop risk mitigation plans and alternative sourcing strategies.</li><li>Quality and compliance: Partner with quality, R&amp;D, and supply chain teams to ensure all sourced materials meet food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.</li><li>New product development support: Collaborate closely with R&amp;D and marketing to source innovative ingredients and support fast, scalable new product launches.</li><li>Team leadership and development: Lead, coach, and develop the procurement team; build capabilities in strategic sourcing, negotiation, supplier management, and cross-functional collaboration.</li><li>Process improvement and digitalization: Drive procurement digitalization, contract management, and process optimization to improve efficiency, transparency, and compliance.</li></ul><p>Qualifications</p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree or above in supply chain management, business administration, food science, or a related field; </li><li>10+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior procurement leadership role.</li><li>Strong experience in food &amp; beverage, FMCG, or chain restaurant/retail industries; direct procurement experience in ingredients, dairy, or related categories is highly preferred.</li><li>Proven ability to lead and develop a sizeable team of people in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li><li>Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and supplier audit processes.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English, with the ability to influence at the executive level.</li></ul><p><em>By clicking 'apply', you give your express consent that Robert Half may use your personal information to process your job application and to contact you from time to time for future employment opportunities.
