You will work directly with leadership teams and business stakeholders to identify and manage legal risks, support major commercial matters and transactions, and provide practical legal solutions across a wide range of business scenarios.</p><p>The role offers significantly broader exposure than a traditional specialist legal position. Risk Management</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Partner with leadership teams of designated business units across Asia Pacific, including China, to proactively identify and manage legal and compliance risks</li><li>Support management in fostering a culture of integrity, accountability, and responsible business conduct</li><li>Lead or participate in initiatives addressing significant legal and operational risks</li><li>Translate legal considerations into practical and commercially workable solutions for business stakeholders</li></ul><ol start="2"><li><strong> Commercial Contracts &amp; Legal Advisory</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Draft, review, and negotiate significant commercial agreements</li><li>Promote effective contracting practices and support the continuous improvement of contract management processes</li><li>Provide practical legal advice on commercial, employment, and general corporate matters</li><li>Develop legal guidance, templates, and tools to enable business teams to operate more efficiently and consistently</li></ul><ol start="3"><li><strong> Transactions &amp; AI</strong></li></ol><ul><li>Leverage internal platforms and legal technology tools to create, maintain, and continuously improve the company's legal know-how database</li><li>Participate in Group Legal Team AI initiatives and explore practical applications of AI in legal workflows</li><li>Contribute to the development of the <strong>China Legal Center of Excellence</strong></li><li>Help enhance the scalability, consistency, and efficiency of legal support across the organization</li></ul><p><strong>What We Look For</strong></p><p><strong>Education &amp;
