<p><strong>Now Hiring: ITBA-R&amp;D </strong></p><p> </p><p>We are looking for an experienced <strong>IT Product Analyst R&amp;I - RCQ</strong> to support the design, enhancement, integration, and continuous improvement of IT solutions within the <strong>Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)</strong> and <strong>Research &amp; Innovation (R&amp;I)</strong> domains.</p><p>This role is ideal for a proactive and business-oriented IT professional with strong application support and business analysis experience. You will play a key role in bridging business and technology, ensuring that systems and applications effectively support operational needs while aligning with global standards. In addition to PLM and R&amp;I systems, this position will also support local and regional applications and cross-domain topics based on business priorities.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>Solution Design</strong></p><ul><li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements</li><li>Design scalable and effective IT solutions aligned with business objectives</li><li>Prepare and maintain solution architecture and functional documentation</li></ul><p><strong>Application Development and Enhancement</strong></p><ul><li>Analyze enhancement requests and ensure a clear understanding of application needs</li><li>Support the deployment of applications in line with company standards, best practices, and guidelines</li><li>Oversee the integration of new features and functionalities into existing applications</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and operational efficiency</li><li>Drive enhancements and optimization initiatives for existing applications</li></ul><p><strong>Project Management</strong></p><ul><li>Lead or participate in IT solution implementation projects within the RCQ area</li><li>Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery</li><li>Track progress, manage issues, and support project execution</li></ul><p><strong>Technical Support</strong></p><ul><li>Provide technical and functional support for existing RCQ applications</li><li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues in a timely manner</li><li>Work closely with support teams to ensure end-user issues are addressed effectively</li></ul><p><strong>Vendor Management</strong></p><ul><li>Evaluate and support the selection of third-party vendors for RCQ-related applications</li><li>Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with IT requirements</li><li>Collaborate with vendors on system enhancements, implementation, and issue resolution</li></ul><p><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong></p><ul><li>Identify opportunities to improve processes and system effectiveness within the RCQ domain</li><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices</li><li>Support ongoing improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and business value</li></ul><p><strong>Collaboration and Communication</strong></p><ul><li>Build strong partnerships between IT and business stakeholders</li><li>Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences</li><li>Act as a key liaison between IT teams and business functions</li></ul><p><strong>Candidate Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in <strong>Computer Science, Information Technology</strong>, or a related field</li><li><strong>3-5 years of experience</strong> in <strong>IT application support</strong>, <strong>business analysis</strong>, or a similar role</li><li>Experience in <strong>FMCG, Food, Manufacturing, or Life Sciences</strong> industries</li><li>Hands-on experience in implementing and supporting <strong>Infor PLM</strong></li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions</li><li>Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills</li><li>Ability to work independently and effectively in cross-functional teams</li></ul><p><strong>Additional Expectations</strong></p><p>This role is not limited to PLM and R&amp;I systems.
